Our clients also have the choice between our standard pattern houses or houses designed to their individual requirements.
All our houses have an U-insulation value of 0,16W/m² as standard and meet or exceed the requirements of the German EnEV (Energy-saving Ordinance) for low-energy houses and ecological houses.
In order to provide our clients with the highest degree of security,all our ecological houses are checked by independent experts during all construction phases and after completion they are surveyed and certified.
